摘要】 目的：观察针药综合疗法治疗面神经炎的临床疗效。方法：对照组30例西医常规治疗，治疗组30例在对照组治疗的基础上加针药综合疗法治疗。结果：按疗效标准评估疗效，治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为86．67％、63．33％，治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：针药综合疗法治疗面神经炎有显著的疗效。

Effect on 60 Cases of Facial Neuritis by Combination of Acupuncture and Herbal Prescription

【ABSTRACT】 Objective: To observe the effect on facial neuritis by combination of acupuncture and herbal prescription.Method: 60 cases of facial neuritis were randomly divided into two groups, the control and treatment group each with 30 cases. The control group were given routine Western medicine treatment, whereas the treatment group were added with acupuncture and herbal prescription. Result: The effective rates in the treatment group and control group are respectively 86.67% and 63.33%. The effective rate in the treatment group is higher than that in the control group with much significance(P<0.05).Conclusion: Combination of acupuncture and herbal prescription has obvious effect on facial neuritis.

面神经炎又称面瘫、Bell麻痹，可发于任何年龄，为茎乳孔以上面神经管内面神经的急性非化脓性炎症。本病病因尚未完全清楚，目前认为和病毒性或非特异性感染、营养面神经的血管病变等相关，致面神经组织缺血、水肿，受压而发病。患者主要表现为一侧面部表情肌突然瘫痪，额纹变浅或消失，眼裂闭合不全或不能闭合，病侧口角下垂等。笔者近年来采用针药综合疗法治疗本病，疗效显著，现报道如下。

1 临床资料

1．1 一般资料

60例患者均为2010年9月至2013年1月衡阳市中医医院针灸病房及门诊面神经炎患者。符合诊断标准，随机分为两组，每组各30例。治疗组38例，男22例，女16例；年龄12-73岁，平均42.3岁；病程2-30d，平均11天。对照组22例，男13例，女9例；年龄14-71岁，平均40.7岁；病程5-27d，平均10天。两组病人在性别、年龄、病程等方面均无显著差异，具有可比性。
